Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. The seller

This website is run by NEDAVI COM SRL, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J05/4358/1994, tax ID RO6650363, with its registered office at Str. Greierului nr. 28, Oradea, Bihor County, Romania. You can reach us by phone on +40 757 026 503 and by e-mail at office@pompacaldura.ro.

These terms apply to every order placed on the website. If we have sent you a written quote, the conditions in the quote (price, lead time, installation) take precedence for that order; the rest of these terms still apply.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in Romanian lei and include VAT. Delivery is not included in the product price: you see it separately in the basket before you place the order. Installation and commissioning are not included unless you ordered them through a quote.

The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. If a price is obviously wrong, we tell you before dispatch and you can choose to keep the order at the correct price or cancel it, with no obligation.

Photographs are for illustration. Technical data come from the manufacturer's datasheet.

3. Orders and the contract

After you place an order you receive an e-mail summarising it. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and send you the pro forma invoice, or when the payment has been received. We may decline an order if the product is no longer available or the delivery details are incomplete; in that case we refund any amount paid in full.

4. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer, based on the pro forma invoice we e-mail to you. The order stays reserved for 5 working days while we wait for payment; if the payment has not arrived by then, the order is cancelled automatically. If card payment is also offered at checkout, it is handled by the payment processor shown there: we never receive or store your card details.

The tax invoice is issued on delivery or when you collect the product.

5. Delivery

At checkout you can choose:

free collection from our warehouse in Oradea, once we tell you the product is ready;
pallet courier to your address in Romania, at the cost shown in the basket;
dedicated transport for large orders; we tell you the cost after you place the order and you accept it before dispatch.

Products in stock usually leave within 3–5 working days of payment. The units are palletised and weigh between 80 and 150 kilograms. The courier delivers to the kerb; unloading and moving the unit to where it will be installed are your responsibility unless we agreed otherwise in the quote.

On delivery, check the packaging in front of the courier. If it is damaged, note this on the delivery document, photograph the parcel and tell us within 2 working days. The risk passes to you when you receive the product.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014. Tell us with a clear statement sent to office@pompacaldura.ro; you may also use the model form in Annex 1 to OUG no. 34/2014, but you do not have to.

Send or bring the product back within 14 days of telling us. The direct cost of the return is yours. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery to you, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method; we may hold the refund until we have the product back.

You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check its nature and characteristics. If you asked for installation or commissioning to start during the withdrawal period, you pay for the part of the service already carried out. 7. Warranty

Anything you buy as a consumer has the statutory guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery, under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. Separately, Chofu heat pumps have a commercial warranty of 3 years on the unit and 5 years on the compressor, provided they are commissioned by a qualified person and serviced every year. 8. Liability

We are not liable for defects caused by installation carried out by unqualified people, by use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or by missed servicing. The recommendations from the configurator on this website are indicative estimates; the firm sizing is done in the quote, based on the details of your home.

9. Personal data and cookies

10. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, write to office@pompacaldura.ro or call +40 757 026 503; we reply within 15 days at most. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection or an alternative dispute resolution body:

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed by the European Commission on 20 July 2025, under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
