Returns and right of withdrawal
How to return a product bought online.

Delivery
The equipment is palletised and weighs between 80 and 150 kilograms. Courier delivery is to the kerbside; unloading and moving the equipment to the installation site are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in the quote.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014. Tell us with a clear statement sent to office@pompacaldura.ro; you may also use the model form in Annex 1 to OUG no. 34/2014. Send or bring the product back within 14 days of telling us; the direct cost of the return is yours.
We refund your money, including standard delivery to you, within 14 days of your notice, once we have the product back. You are only liable for a loss in value if the product was handled beyond what is needed to check it. If you asked for installation or commissioning to start during the withdrawal period, you pay for the part of the service carried out until then.
