Pompa de căldură aer-apă Chofu R290 de 12 kW, cu alimentare trifazată la 380 V, este o soluție pentru încălzirea locuinței. Pentru prepararea apei calde menajere și răcire, atunci când instalația permite acest lucru. Poate asigura încălzirea unei suprafețe de aproximativ 180–200 m², în funcție de izolația clădirii, înălțimea încăperilor, clima locală și sistemul de distribuție a căldurii. Dimensionarea corectă se confirmă prin calculul pierderilor de căldură.
Principalul avantaj față de o pompă Chofu R32 de aceeași putere este temperatura apei de până la 75°C. Comparativ cu temperatura convențională de 60°C indicată de producător. Această diferență este utilă în special pentru casele cu radiatoare, unde poate facilita înlocuirea unei centrale existente. Compatibilitatea cu radiatoarele se verifică în funcție de necesarul termic al fiecărei încăperi.
Agent frigorific R290
Chofu R290 utilizează propan, un agent frigorific natural cu impact climatic direct foarte redus. În documentația Chofu, acesta are un potențial de încălzire globală — GWP — de 3, față de 675 pentru R32. Este un avantaj de mediu important, distinct de eficiența energetică a echipamentului.
Pentru o locuință cu branșament trifazat, alimentarea la 380 V permite repartizarea sarcinii electrice pe cele trei faze. Cei 12 kW reprezintă puterea termică, nu consumul electric permanent. Consumul efectiv variază în funcție de temperatura exterioară, temperatura apei și necesarul casei.
Față de un model R32 de 12 kW, economia de electricitate trebuie evaluată folosind valorile COP și SCOP ale celor două echipamente, în aceleași condiții. R290 nu garantează singur un consum mai mic. Pentru eficiență, temperatura apei trebuie menținută cât mai jos posibil, păstrând confortul dorit.
Montajul corect este esențial: trebuie respectate cerințele de amplasare pentru agentul frigorific inflamabil R290 și prevăzută protecția circuitului exterior de apă împotriva înghețului.
